Join Me at Books Inc. Mountain View + Pride Month Discount

Dear readers,

The Color of Time came out two weeks ago and I'm astonished by how many people have been enjoying this weird tale of mine! Huge thanks to all the people who bought the book, left a review, came to live events... it means so much to me. You have no idea.

Join Me at Books Inc. on June 9

If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area and missed my launch event last month, or just feel like seeing me again, I will be at Books Inc. Mountain View on June 9th from 7 to 8 pm to talk about The Color of Time with my friend Béline Falzon, book club host extraordinaire.

There will also be a trivia game (with prizes 👀) and mochi donuts, because I love mochi donuts and we need more mochi donuts in our lives.

More Summer Events

I have many more events scheduled this summer! Here are a few. The full (and up to date) list is available on my website.

  • I am celebrating my birthday in the most bookish place of all: an actual bookstore! I will be at Beyond Text Bookstore in Los Gatos, CA on Sunday, June 14th for a unique birthday party. RSVP here.
  • I am participating in a virtual AMA on Reddit on r/fantasy on Thursday, June 25 alongside other Shiraki Press authors. Please join!
  • I will be on three different panels at BayCon 42, a SFFH convention taking place in Santa Clara, CA during the weekend of the Fourth of July. You can see the entire schedule and get tickets here.
  • I will be at LAcon V (the 84th Worldcon) in Anaheim, CA in late August. I applied to several panels, but the results haven't been shared yet, so more to come (cross your fingers for me!). I have already bought my ticket, so I'll be there for sure as an attendee, at least.

Pictures from the Bay Area Book Festival

I had a fabulous time at the Bay Area Book Festival in Berkeley. I could speak about it for hours, but instead let me just share some cool pictures with you!
